The most difficult part was making the reservation. Perhaps it was the layout of the site but I missed a number of details... the site did not pick up my arrival time, that it was an "after-hours" rentaland thus adjustments hard to made to the rate. All the details of pick-up however went smoothly.

Staff very helpful but for the money I spend I was not happy with the vehicle I had got very disappointed.The car was2013 which was and old model. The service was exclusively and will be happy to come back hopefully with a brand new car.

The staff was very courteous, he went out of his way to make the experience enjoyable for a first time customer. I would definitely rent from them again. Just to note, price is number one importance as car rental agencies are very similar, but customer service is right up there with price!

Both Ivan and Alex were extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to please their client. On returning the car just before closing, Alex insisted on dropping me to my destination which wasn't even near his usual drive home not to mention the assist with a parking ticket. It doesn't get any better than that! Iversta puts the S in service...Super. B.
