The vehicle was clean and in good repair, it just didn't have enough kick for Ontario highways- I would ask for a 6 cylinder car next time.
I believe Mohammed was his name, he picked me up and waited for me even though my flight was delayed. I would recommend them again and use them.
The most difficult part was making the reservation. Perhaps it was the layout of the site but I missed a number of details... the site did not pick up my arrival time, that it was an "after-hours" rentaland thus adjustments hard to made to the rate. All the details of pick-up however went smoothly.

Staff very helpful but for the money I spend I was not happy with the vehicle I had got very disappointed.The car was2013 which was and old model. The service was exclusively and will be happy to come back hopefully with a brand new car.

Great experience. We should have been more specific on pick-up time, but otherwise, I was very happy.
The staff was very courteous, he went out of his way to make the experience enjoyable for a first time customer. I would definitely rent from them again. Just to note, price is number one importance as car rental agencies are very similar, but customer service is right up there with price!
