We were never picked up. The communication on pick up was horrible and we were never picked up.

Our records indicate that you were a no show. On all of our confirmations and booking platforms the shuttle service is highlighted along with the number to call. We do not know when a customer is out of customs until you call at curbside. Our records indicate that a normal on-time service was running the day of your arrival. We do not know why you missed us but hope we may be able to extend the SaveMore Rent A Car differnce when you are next back to the Cayman Islands.
Service was great, close to airport, much better rate on short notice compared to larger rental agencies who want 3 times the rate.

We were double charged for the second driver. I paid cash earlier and didn't realize it was on the invoice again until after I left. Hopefully we will get it sorted out.

We are so glad we decided to rent a car from SaveMore instead of paying more at the airport. Larry and his staff were super courteous. Driving the Kia Picanto across the island was a blast. If we are blessed with the opportunity to visit again, we will definitely rent from you all! My only sugestion is...get a bigger shuttle van.

You need to include the insurance is the price quote and get a bigger van. The people were great! Very courteous.

One negative comment is that the agency was closed when I returned the vehicle on the Sunday morning at 8:50 am on March 12. I thought that the the agency would be open. It was not, and I left the car in the parking lot, and dropped the keys into the key drop box. I had to arrange for my own transport to the airport accordingly. I hope I was not charged extra.

Thank you for your feedback. Our hours are listed on our website. We are open for scheduled arrivals on Sunday and shall soon be extending our opening and closing hours for Sundays. You would have been advised about the drop-off process on Sundays including the key-drop box and arranging the 3- 5 minutes tai ride to the terminal. THANK YOU for your patronage and kind comments.
