Carl was really nice and very courteous. Dwayne and Carl were more than accommodating and a real pleasure to work with. We were impressed with every one of their employees, such a nice crew. Amazing customer service.
I admit at first I was a little leary about this rental car place. This place was top notch very friendly customer service if you are looking for an economical rental. Everything was up front and no hidden fees with no issues getting or returning the rental. Pickup and Dropoff was seamless. They loaded our bags & communication was great. I recommend getting the insurance as driving here for left side driving and round abouts. Car was basic but very functional. Highly recommend.

The car price was higher than another local rental and we had to pay for a taxi to pick up and get back after drop off. We were staying 3 miles away. It doesn’t seem right you will shuttle people to the airport but not yo hotels.
