One negative comment is that the agency was closed when I returned the vehicle on the Sunday morning at 8:50 am on March 12. I thought that the the agency would be open. It was not, and I left the car in the parking lot, and dropped the keys into the key drop box. I had to arrange for my own transport to the airport accordingly. I hope I was not charged extra.
The key did not click out of the key fob properly and you did not have a replacement key. It was very annoying having to force it out every time. Otherwise everything was very good.

The staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. Processing during pick-up and return was prompt and efficient. There was a disagreement about the cleanliness of the interior after the car was returned but we worked it out over the phone. Overall we are very satisfied.

GoCayman Car Rental had the best rate out there and the discounted price did not mean discounted service! The shuttle to/from the airport was prompt and the service was courteous, welcoming and knowledgeable. The car was impeccably clean and in great shape and the one minor problem we had with it was fixed immediately and without issue. Definitely worth supporting this local company that provides equal, if not better, personal service than the chain brands. Thanks Go Cayman & Savemore!!
