Vehicle was GREAT! Carseat expired, UPDATE baby/toddler car seat stock-ASAP! Final email of pickup process - FIX ASAP! The person we contacted DID NOT RESPOND TO ANY COMMUNICATION & did not listen to US as a customer - FIX ASAP!Instructions we did follow, did not work - FIX ASAP! Instructions of pickup process is well documented but the Final Notification is a PROBLEM & does not take in heed to delayed arrival. We did MISS the final email! FIX the ASAPs. We would likely rent from FRV again!

I am using power wheel chair. Not enough power to lift my wheel chair. So I was using manual lift. That was the problem only. May be you can fix it. Thank you

Just need to upgrade their vehicles, got a 2015 van with no audio , usb nothing. Van had too many body damages.
