The vehicle was great for our purposes while visiting Florida.
I am using power wheel chair. Not enough power to lift my wheel chair. So I was using manual lift. That was the problem only. May be you can fix it.

Just need to upgrade their vehicles, got a 2015 van with no audio , usb nothing. Van had too many body damages.
The vehicle had a lot of cosmetic damages inside and out.
Only 2 issues. My pick up was after hours, and I could have used more description in the process of pick up and exit of Wally rental pick up point. On return, I waited to fill up gas close to the drop point only to discover gas was $4.99/gallon! The local market was $2.79. Unfortunately timing prohibited me from searching for another gas stop.
Service was excellent. Vehicle had some issues but it served the purpose I needed it for.
I definite will rent again and highly recommend to anyone needing to rent. Very satisfied
I have a brother who is completely immobile and in a wheel chair. Florida Van Rentals was more than accommodating and very helpful with everything! The van was in excellent condition and better than we expected!
