After picking up vehicle, we found that hydraulic lift did not function properly, we had to use the manual mode vs electric, which was not fun for 2 women!! Our late nite phone call was never answered, so we did not know how to change the lift operation until 2.5 days later...very frustrating. Spoke to IT depart. on 3rd day, & learned that the little malfunction in the lift mechanism could be adjusted only by the company,it should have been fixed before rental, plus fees adjusted,or compensated
Vehicle was GREAT! Carseat expired, UPDATE baby/toddler car seat stock-ASAP! Final email of pickup process - FIX ASAP! The person we contacted DID NOT RESPOND TO ANY COMMUNICATION & did not listen to US as a customer - FIX ASAP!Instructions we did follow, did not work - FIX ASAP! Instructions of pickup process is well documented but the Final Notification is a PROBLEM & does not take in heed to delayed arrival. We did MISS the final email! FIX the ASAPs. We would likely rent from FRV again!
