I was not given the van requested, they gave me secondary option. They should tell you upfront which car are you getting.
Everything was fast and uncomplicated.
The van was perfect for my family. There were many of us and we were still left with a spacious van.
Van Rental was great for 11 passengers on our trip. The Van was not super fancy, but did include nice features like a backup camera in the rear view mirror. Overall, a perfect fit for our family of 11 to hit the parks and the beach with ease. Would definitely recommend for larger parties

We travel to Orlando every year for ASU Volleyball Nationals, and our club rents team vans from your company. We will be using you as our preferred supplier. Rental process was very straightforward.
The vehicle was great, except the seats weee not secured to the floor. We had to take care of that. The pick up procedure was extremely confusing snd resulted in our party of 10 waiting over an hour at the airport until we could figure out how to retrieve the vehicle. Personnel on the phone were not helpful at all.
I picked up the van at the orlando fl office. I didn’t think to ask if they had pick up service. We had an emergency and my client needed to get to the hospital in kissimmee her father was dying.
