We were very disappointed in the quality of our vehicle. It was not in great shape and not what we expected. First, we were supposed to have a wheelchair accessible van that would seat 4 people. That back bench is not big enough for 3 adults. The ramp worked sometimes, and others it had to be opened manually. The door leaks when it rains….which it did….everyday. We only kept it b/c we had to have transportation for my handicapped MIL. Otherwise we would have returned it immediately.

The overall experience was good until it was time to leave the van to the airport, and couldn’t find no packing. Was calling the staff and sound like they started to get frustrated with me because first off where they say pack it, it wasn’t no packing call to let them know. They than told me to pack it some place els call and and explain to them there is still no packing. Then when I call the 3rd time I could here the frustration in they voice which I thought was poor.

The Mini bis cut off on the highway 4 times. The air conditioner didn't work properly. I think i need some money back. Dissatified

We made and error on our application, we put the wrong airport which I didn’t realize until the day before we were to live. The gentleman I spoke with that evening did all he could to help me and get a Van to the right airport on time, When we landed I received a text with all the new pickup info. This gentleman saved the day for us, differently want to give him 2 thumbs up.

The van was dirty and smelled bad due the fact that water would get in when it rained. The lift was not operable in the beginning.
