Our Overall experience with Florida Van rental was awesome except when I needed help to jumpstart my car when battery was down . I left car light on by mistake and battery got dead . I called the company and they gave me number of insurance company for road assistance however their insurance company is horrible and I ended up paying out of pocket for jumpstart .Owner of Florida rental did his best to help me but his insurance company was horrible .We will rent again from them. Highly recommended

This rental from Michael goldberg Florida van rentals was fantastic as always helpful and a godsend I have nothing but praise for this company and there efficient staff and Michael is a total asset hes lovely helped us immensely I look forward to renting with this company again next year 10 out of 10 brilliant xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

We were scheduled to pick up the van the day they shut down Florida due to hurricane Ian. Our flight and cruise was canceled. Both gave us a full refund. NOT these guys. Florida Van Rental decided to give me a credit for “next time!” And that only came after multiple emails of us asking for a refund. My guess is that they weren’t open that day for us to even pick up the van, but since we “couldn’t make it” they decided to keep our money. Not to mention the old guy that answers the ph

The price and quote was good for the week rental. Maybe because i rented the vehicle 4 weeks before my trip there seemed to be miscommunication between departments. It started with I wanted the vehicle to deliver to the hotel but one department said it was there for to be picked up. The best apartment was the billing department. But every time I called i felt dismissed. Also the van smelled very bad and the Alignment was bad for a van with only 35,000 miles on it.

I did not pick up the van upon arrival at Orlando airport. My son picked it up for me and had great difficulty locating the van or finding anyone to assist. We tried calling the company numerous times for help, but could not get past "hold". Which makes me wonder how they would have known to send the shuttle for us if we had tried picking it up.
