The best Rental Company I have used in the past 30 years, the people are so understanding of your needs and deliver the exact vehicle to meet your requirements immaculately clean and mechanically perfect at Very Cheep rates comparative to similar companies I have used. Big thankyou to Michael who I was lucky enough to deal with in the Orlando office... what a genuine & totally uplifting person to do business with. I will be back and most definitely will be recommending this Rental Company.

I booked a rear entry wheelchair van in September for my trip in January. Two days before my trip I was informed I would get a side entry van. My son’s wheelchair is 42” long and the side entry van has a space of 45”. Extremely disappointed with Florida van rentals. Not to mention that Walley parks accessible van shuttle has been out of service for over a year and Florida van didn’t even know this. Made my vacation difficult and disappointing

We were satisfied with the vehicle, though updated equipment with USB charging ports (or even USB plugs for the 12V outlets) would have been very welcome. Service was excellent, van was easy to pick up and drop off.
