I had a great rental experience!
pickup of the vehicle was easy - the only problem was the instructions for contacting the shuttle for pickup - the phone selection tree has changed since the instructions were written and so the number I was told to press to contact a person didn't work - I eventually figured it out - but someone should update the written instructions for contacting WallyPark Orlando so that future renters don't have that problem

Because we were novices about these vehicles, it would have been easier for us if someone was able to show us about the device to properly secure the wheelchair.

My vehicle with another company got canceled 1 day before my trip. Luckily Florida van rentals came through for me. They had a vehicle for me on short notice. They helped when other local companies wouldn’t because of the short notice. I will definitely use them in the future. 5 stars for everyone at Florida van rentals and thanks for getting me to my sons wedding
The rental process was very easy and the vehicle provided was very clean. I had a great experience renting from this company.
The van was right at the airport, easy to get to it. Very handy for someone in a wheelchair to have a beer that simple.
All was very good apart from the instructions on how to pick up the vehicle did not come through until I emailed on the day of the rental and the pick up because we needed a wheelbarrow friendly vehicle was appallingly late. We were told 10 to 15 minutes but it was nearer an hour until we were picked up from the airport to be taken back to the car.
Very convenient and great service. Glad there are companies like this for travelers with special needs.
