Unfortunately, the vehicle we were issued was not in the best shape. After departing the lot and arriving at our first destination we realized the vehicle did not lock so we were unable to secure our luggage, therefore, someone had to remain in the vehicle the entire time with our belongings. Disappointing and inconvenient.

This company is unprofessional and the person running it has an attitude towards their customers. My initial contact with them was already negative. Simple questions are answered in a negative tone and everything about this company is not good for business. I have many things I can share during our trip that does not bode well to how they conduct business. I will never go back to Florida Van Rentals and would not request others to do so.

Overall, we were pleased. The one area we were disappointed in was the poor-quality of maintenance of the vehicle. For example, as we would drive down the Freeway the leaking airflow around the doors and windows caused my large family to be concerned that the door could open on its own.

Florida Van Rentals provided excellent service, as usual! We always use them when we need to rent a handicap accessible van for our daughter. They are prompt, reliable, and flexible when our plans change. A wonderful company!
