Excellent service
I booked a rear entry wheelchair van in September for my trip in January. Two days before my trip I was informed I would get a side entry van. My son’s wheelchair is 42” long and the side entry van has a space of 45”. Extremely disappointed with Florida van rentals. Not to mention that Walley parks accessible van shuttle has been out of service for over a year and Florida van didn’t even know this. Made my vacation difficult and disappointing
We were satisfied with the vehicle, though updated equipment with USB charging ports (or even USB plugs for the 12V outlets) would have been very welcome. Service was excellent, van was easy to pick up and drop off.
Although the inside the van was a little "used" everything worked well and was the perfect solution for our family.
