I want to express my displeasure with my rental and even the process. Getting to the rental from the airport took 40 minutes because Wally park had one shuttle which ran every 20 minutes and the first one showed up and only can take 12 people at a time and was a lot people ahead of us.
We finally get to the rental and the keys was not where the email said they would be .
Third the rental is in horrible condition pieces falling apart all over pictures are attached
The vehicle worked okay, though it was not what we were hoping for. The keyless entry would not unlock the car so the alarm went off repeatedly. The car made some strange noises as we traveled, so I wasn't confident in it. No one was there to check us in, even though it said they were open and they knew approximately what time we would return. Would not rent from this company again.
with 15 adult passengers, it would have been nice to have an extended van, as we have had in the past. Especially since we rented it for a week.
the van was extremely loud, every time i made a turn the driver seat moves left and right, you have to make sure the ramp door is close correctly or you will not be able to put it in gear, i was stuck one time and valet couldn't move it either, the AC act like it didn't want to work 2 of the days so we rode around in the heat with next to no AC to sum it up the van i received was terrible

good rentals
We have rented several times fro Carls. It is alway "in and out" at pick up and drop off is super easy. The staff are solid and not different every time I rent. I love that it is NOT at the airport so I don't have to deal with the parking and business. The price always beats the other rental places. This is the perfect set up for our youth group because they always have vans available, even on short notice.
Did not receive proper information on rental even though company said it was sent and no number to call after hours number called invalid when finally got right van it was crapoy almost broke ankle due to floor mats polished slippery and floor boards to get into van slippery it was a hazard did offer any further discounts for troubles and cut into vacation time as wrong van had to be exchanged 2 days after picked up originally which took 2 hours to return 1 hr there 1 hr back to hotel no good!
