I will never rent from Florida Van rental again. Customer service was decent but the vehicle itself was raggedy and even broke down. It took 3 hours for someone to come after I had to keep begging for someone to listen to me.
I was coming into Tampa early in the AM so they accommodated me by dropping it off at the airport

It was great that the pickup instructions were sent to the phone via text but they were not quite correct: 1) the text said to choose option 6 after calling shuttle pick up but only five options were available; 2) the text instructed to wait for shuttle at the terminal stops 34-36 but in reality they were stops 36-39; 3) the text did not instruct that a return wheelchair accessible shuttle has to be requested after returning the vehicle. Hope this will help to improve your service.
The staff was very patient with me ( it was my first renta). All my questions were answered and they were courteous and very helpful . My flight was delayed, but they were able to help me promptly and safe.
The vehicle was in good condition and comfortable and very economic in fuel.
I recommend this company and it’s my first choice for next time I need a rental. Keep up the good service!

The vehicle was inconvenient for passengers to enter. The van interior was not clean and the exterior looked like it had been in a demolition derby. The air conditioning in the rear was minimal and extremely poor. The air port pickup was clunky we phoned multiple times for pickup, it took about 30 mins. No directions on how to operate the van or where to fill the gas.
