We are frequently flyers to Florida and we are very satisfied with Florida Van Rental. We never haved a problem. Just one time; I tried another company but it was a very dissapointed experience. It was so bad; that I canceled and from the airport called Florida Van Rental and made a reservation for this moment. They fixed our problem in the same call. When I book my flights to Florida; I prefer to use Florida Van Rental by far!!!!
When collecting vehicle, not what I ordered. Side lift for wheelchair access not working. Took an hour to get working, meanwhile my family were waiting at the airport. Second week of holiday the side lift packed up altogether. Company changed it the following day , this is the second year that they haven’t supplied the vehicle we had booked
They gave very good directions and the Wally bus was really on the move 🥰
