Van had a lot of dings, Seemed like it needed an alignment because the van would shake alot when we reached a certain speed limit, and an older model with no updated amenities (i.e. Bluetooth, USB).
My van had roaches … they switched the van out for us with no problem great customer service but the second van had more roaches than the 1st one. We needed up catching Ubers which were a lot because we had a party of 15, big inconvenience and costly
I'm very satisfied with my experience using Florida Van Rental. Economical, considerably less than other van options at the Orlando Airport, and smooth pickup at the off-airport location. Highly recommended as an option.

The 12 passenger van that we rented was perfect for our group of 9. It had a smell inside, but we bought some car fresheners and that solved the problem. Otherwise it was perfect!

Van was spacious and very clean. We were able to put 8 adults and two toddlers in car’s seat plus all our luggage.
