Staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. Would definitely rent from them again and will be recommending them.
We booked three 7-passenger vans, 3-4 months in advanced for a first time family vacation of 20 to Florida. After the booking, I emailed/called Florida Van Rental almost every other week to confirm this and was told that everything was all set. After charging my C.C for three vans, two days before the trip, Florida Van Rental called and told me that they only have one van for me. They gave me the impression that it was too bad and they will refund me the money back. It was horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was told that the vehicle would be delivered by 7:30am. It did not arrive until 10:30am. The person who booked my reservation neglected to tell me tha workers do not start deliveries until 9am. Apparently nobody reads the confirmation form either bcause that form also stated expected delivery time at 7:30am, otherwise a call to inform me should have been made.

Staff bent over backwards to make sure the experience was a good one.
Everything was great including the rental price. The only negative I would say is $150 charge to return to a different airport

Overall the van was good except for a couple of issues.
Power outlets in front not working and rear AC unit only provided heat
And had to be left off. the fan control buttons for the fan switch were worn.
On the positive side we appreciated the overall performance and the express pass for tolls was great and didn't have to stop and look for change. Thanks

the Van was 2007 and has the seats in not good perfomance. Also we noted certain noise in the transmition wheel
poor lubrication. Please check the fluids

we loosed the bagages in the international mall in Miami on 08/28/2012. we reported this criminal act to the Miami Police
make sure you take pictures of the rental before moving it.
