I am very happy with my rental experience with Florida Van Rentals. We arrived on a red eye at 6 AM on a Sunday. The minivan was parked conveniently in the airport parking as we were told. The van was clean and in good condition. We left on the night of Christmas and parked the car in the same airport parking structure and proceeded to our gate. We didn't have to deal with waiting for a shuttle or having to move our luggage on and off the shuttle, etc. I recommend this company and use it again.

We had some trouble finding where the vans were parked but that was due to our confusion with "row M" at the airport.

company was about 45 mins late dropping off van. I guess there was an accident that delayed them. Otherwise great company!!!

I hope florida van rentals can improve the speed of picking up and dropping off the vehicle at the airport. It seems to be unconfident to drop off the vehicle in parking garage unless there is someone there to examine & confirm of vehicle condition.
