I was a little nervous about using this unknown agency, but since they were the only ones with the van that could accommodate our needs I took a chance. Everything went great. The booking, the pick up, the drop off, it was all a breeze! I would definitely use this agency again and highly recommend it to friends and family! They really saved the day without them we would have had to rent two cars. We had an excellent experience with Florida van rentals!

We had organized our vacations five months ahead. When I called to make sure we had a vehicle, I hadn't received a verification checked rates with the company. The rate quoted was $120 lower included difference of weekly rate and tax on amount we orginially quoted. I called requested the change in the rate was told no, would have to pay cancelation rate of $100. It didn't pay for us to make rental months ahead since people who wait seem to get the better rate. Costly...
I will admit I was a little skeptical about the whole process and picking up a vehicle in an airport parking garage, but took a chance and was extremely pleased by the whole experience. Van was larger size than requested, but that worked out to our advantage with a group of 10 plus a few other unexpected guests that joined us. (requested an 8 pax van, but received a 15 pax van) I have already passed on my recommendations to other friends and family members. Will absolutely rent from them again.
I was delighted and would certainly rent from them again.
