Great Rental, great company!
Customer should not be responsible for airport parking fees on BOTH ends. Also, I asked for the back seat to be removed for luggage and this was not done. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the rental.
Thank you for making renting a van so easy, it gave us one less thing to worry about on our trip.
The brakes on one of the vans were very soft and when the vehicle was warm we had to pump the brake to enable the brakes to work properly. I would recommend checking the master cylinder. Otherwise, vehicles were great.
Our experience was overall very good. I thought that the van could have been newer since cloth seats can absorb odors and are hard to cover up. However, I did see newer vans onsite but we weren't lucky enough to get one. Next time we'll request a newer van. We rented a 15 passenger van and there wasn't too much space for luggage but we made it work. All in all, I'd definitely rent another van again.
Been using this company for a number of years. Always the best/lowest rates and nice/clean, if not the newest, vehicles. A smaller operation, compared to the Big Guys, that tries harder and in my opinion succeeds. I recommend them for all Flordia van rentals.
The van direction system doesn't work properly wich makes handling the car somewhat unstable.

Van was fine. We only needed seats for 8 but had to get a 15 pass because that was all that was available. The view from the van was good. Very difficult to get into especially for our parents who are in their mid 60's. We had to get a step stool so people could get into it easier. Also, there was a rattle in the rear passenger door the entire time we had it. Also there was a rattle in the undercarriage all the time during idle. When the air conditioning was running the heat would come on.
The renal van was is good shape. The only issue was the passenger side door seemed to stick a little and was difficult to open.
