the vehicle and price was good, the service was weak, having to take public transportation to and from a public random parking lot was lame, the person on the phone did not know where and when to catch the bus.
then having to pay for parking to get out of the lot, weak!
I was disappointed that your agency was not on the Airport complex. Don't think I knew this until I had completed the reservations. Also, was not aware as to what location (zone) the pick up would be, but overall it was good.
The only think was the advertasing that you have said that all yours vehicucles are equipment with GPS and the van that I rented doesnt have any one.But the rest was great service.
I was leery at first since we never went to the rental company location (van was left in an airport parking lot). However process was very simple and easy!! Van was exactly where they said it would be and it was a larger van than I rented!! Overall it was a very positive rental experience.

My only concern was for the amount of information regarding insurance company and policy numbers....I have not had this information requested by other companies.
Pick-up and return were easy. Price was great. Company was easy to work with. Would rent from FL Van again.
The only thing I would recommend was better communication as to where to find the van. I didnt get an email or phone call ahead of time and once I landed I had to call them to find out exactly where it was parked. Other than that the van was exactly what we needed for the trip. Thanks
The only reason I gave satisfactory instead of great in pick up was because my reservation did not get from the Internet team to the actual rental place. Michael of Florida Van Rentals was very apologetic and took care of us. Great van, very clean, and very well priced. Edmar picked me up and dropped me off. Both Michael and Edmar are great guys and they run a great business!
I was a little nervous about using this unknown agency, but since they were the only ones with the van that could accommodate our needs I took a chance. Everything went great. The booking, the pick up, the drop off, it was all a breeze! I would definitely use this agency again and highly recommend it to friends and family! They really saved the day without them we would have had to rent two cars. We had an excellent experience with Florida van rentals!
