the van was very run down,AC couldn't keep up .the van also had ants so we had to purchase spray to take care of it
I was little apprehensive after reading all the reviews. I was in for a surprise ! I had the driver wait for me at the drop of location. The van was clean and in very good condition. We all fitted in nicely. I had an unfortunate incident on the way and Michelle was quick to respond and send me an alternate vehicle within a quick reasonable time frame. They treated me well and with due respect unlike other box rental chains. I was really impressed. Will go back to them anytime !
Had no problems. Rented a 15 passenger van. The van was clean and ran very well. Will definitely use Florida Van Rentals again when visiting the Orlando area.
1) It was difficult to find the vehicle at Tampa International Airport as there isn't a counter and it was expressed that the van would be in a visitor parking spot.
2) Van was 2 hours late for pick-up and this was on Father's Day.
3) Air did not work properly.
It was easy to book and reach someone by phone for rental, delivery was poorly executed.

I rented a 11 passenger van. The van was not in good condition. The power outlets did not work; the passenger door key entry didn't work either. There was no key remote either. This was not what I expected.
The vehicle served its purpose; however, it was expecting a newer, more modern vehicle. The one we received was old and made noises when we drove it. Your price did beat the other companies we looked at online. We would have preferred to have a local presence in themTampa Bay Area. We may rent from your company again, but I'm not sure at this point.
The drivers seat rocked back and forth like a rocking chair and the driver's side rear door would not open. The valet at the Hyatt did not know anything about the van, he handed me the keys and put out his hand for a tip, did not speak English very well then turned and left before I started the van. Highly unlikely I would ever rent from your company again as this is my second unsatisfactory experience with it.
