The only thing I would have required was for the van to have been more clean and deoderized. It did not smell too good. But it absolutely met our needs and more. If I could buy it right now for my Mother I would. She was so happy. I will definitely require your company again and others that I know.

The facility didn't even open at the 8am time I reserved. They supposedly open at 9am & didn't even show up then. I tried calling & phone was answered by voice mail. I called a secondary number which was answered only to find out that my reservation was worthless because they did not have any wheelchair vans for the weekend. The reservation I made took everything including my insurance information, but it didn't take a credit card number. Poor service. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
There seemed to be a lot of duplication in getting paperwork processed. The Van had been previously damaged and I was not told of that. Fortunately it ran fine and there were no mechanical issues.
It´s very good to book at internet and great that was working so well, when we arrived to Miami airport. Thank you!
Equipment was obviously old, but it did work. It was a little hokey at times getting the ramp to work. The price was reasonable though. Thanks for asking.
