Some of the staff was pleasant and helpful, but there was at least one man who was extremely rude and condescending. As far as the van goes, it was adequate. Alignment was way off, and the van seemed outdated.
We would rent with Florida Van Rentals again in the future
After confirming, I was notified 2 days before by voided DocuSign, that the van I needed was no longer available. 14 youths needed to find another way to their mission trip. Nice job!! Never would recommend this place. I will forward this to All the families as well. They would like to take the survey.

The process was quick and easy, every person I spoke to was kind and able to answer my questions!
Costumer service was very good car was great 😊 I was very happy impressed with how well everything went from the beginning to end of returning the vehicle.
There were 15 of us. The only issue was luggage space but we made it work.

The experience was great getting picked up at the airport took a little bit, but the return trip was perfect. The van was great, just took a bit in the high heat to cool with the a/c, but the space was exactly what we needed for 12 people and luggages that we had. The price was great and I can’t complain about the service we received. Will definitely rent with them next time i am in Florida.
The vehicle we rented had mechanical problems. It kept missing as we would try to start off. I contacted the company but they made excuses that the mat might have been in the brakes but we were sure that was not the case. We just dealt with it, because it didn’t stop on us and the air conditioner worked well.
