Awesome experience. Seamless!
We kept looking for our vehicle for a long time., but another renter must have taken it, so we had to take someone else van. I emailed and WhatsApp your co. but nobody replied. Should have someone at the park to make sure people take the correct vehicle. This caused a lot of discomfort to my family and I
Windshield wiper on drive side was tore and did not clear windows good when it rained
Handicap van was left for me to pick up in wrong location, their customer service blamed me for a paperwork error but offered no refund/or break on anything. I had to take a handicap taxi which cost me another $100 to pick up rental vehicle, which I rented in the first place to NOT have to take a taxi. Vehicle was clean but had loud exhaust and customer service was marginal at best. Not impressed.
Sales person was nice but vehicle needed shocks and did not think we should’ve been charged $300 to drive vehicle to South Carolina.
Excellent experience! We were a large family group with 2 young children requiring 2 car seats. Florida Vans was able to meet all our needs and the van was perfect for our family. Both drivers who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport were fantastic, informative and helpful. All went smoothly from beginning to end of the rental experience.
This is the first time that I have ever picked up a vehicle in the back of an airport parking lot and not at the rental company. There was no personal contact with anyone from the company. The van wasn't ready when I arrived. The van was a 2018. It had panels falling off inside as soon as I opened the door. The remote for the locks worked when it wanted to work, and it didn't lock/unlock all of the doors. One morning it took 30 minutes to get the sliding door open. The worst rental ever.

There were a few issues with the van itself, but overall great experience. I will be using them again!
Rented a sprinter van, received their equivalent. No washer fluid, wipers needed replaced, headlight burnt out. Van was clean and in good condition. Served the purpose just not what I reserved.
