Very nice rental all was good
When you have to travel with a full-sized wheelchair, these guys are the only ones to use.
It was good! We had an issue and they were willing to switch the van for another one but since it was our last day we didn’t do it!
The rental agent Michael was awesome. He made every step of the way with my rental a 10 star experience. Definitely renting from him again. Thank you so much
Need to provide fuel type on the form of acceptance, for clarity, as if returning vehicle on odd times, you’re unable to verify. Otherwise very good service.

Pick up and drop off instructions should be provided before you land and before the drop off time, this caused a lot of confusion and time wasted! I should have been informed, pickup is not available for your entire party, this should have been added in the rental agreement! The stuff was very rude and not helpful! Wally transportation was more helpful! I called prior to verify if the van had a camera, I should have been informed it was a mirror camera! You get what you pay for!
The price and ease of pick up/ drop off was great. The van was clean, but made a lot of squeaking noises. For the price it was satisfactory, but I think the Ford Transit would have been a little nicer than the Chevy Express.
Chose this company only due to limited handicap vehicles, vehicle was adequate ( we own same set up for wheelchair access ) but 4 days after returning the vehicle, employee called me saying a trim piece was missing, but he knew a guy that could fix it cheap ? I am in car business and very well versed on the rental side , he wasn’t sure that I did it, but just thought I would say ok ? Then when he started discounting that charge , I knew he was not being honest, another 24.00 chrg week later
