The service was very professional and knowledgeable and the vans were clean and in good condition. These were perfect for accommodating my family of 25!!
Rental van had no windshield wiper fluid, check engine light was on, and none of the tail lights/reverse lights/running lights were working. You tell me if I should use Florida Van Rentals again.

We never even got the van. When we arrived they said that the van was not returned and we could not have a van delivered. This was consistent with lack of follow up, no text van location, and many other things that made it clear that this operation is not a professional rental company but something that seems it is being run out of the basement
In speaking with the representative, I asked specifically if the van would be in good condition and was told it was one of the newer vans. When picked up, it was an older van with the following issues: soiled seats, no step bars on the van for assistance, passenger vent had a broken cover, and the ride was very rough even on newly paved roads. My family was very displeased with the vehicle and not happy to pay the amount. The representative was not honest about the condition of the van.
One of the vans we rented ran very rough and I was not sure it would make it through the week. Needs a tune up and a good going over before it is rented again. When I called about possibly exchanging the vehicle I was not told this would be possible. What if the vehicle did break down? Would they have had a replacement available? Not sure?
Overall it was a very good service. This is the second time I rent vans with you. The first one was at Miami International Airport and I intent to continue renting with you when I travel with my family. Do you have a frequent rental program?
Little confusion at pick up due to different license plate number from email to delivery and different vehicle
The car I got had a major mechanical problem, it was shacking at all speeds and terribly at regular highway speed. I called and was surprised that the agency knew about the problem from before, they didn't offer any help or remedy. Their rep simply said we don't have any other car for you. I didn't feel safe in the car at all and it was getting worse. I called again with no response, I sent an email and was ignored. This agency deliberately gave me a broken car, very bad business. Not recommende
Van smelled terrible. Called to report after pick up but no answer. Sent an email and did receive a voicemail 2 days later saying that no other vans were available and offered a 20% discount on a future rental. As we were staying at an expensive hotel in St Pete that had valet parking it was quite embarrassing to have a car that smelled so bad. While the service of drop off and pick up was great I would not rent again from this company if all their vehicles are like the one we had.

Dear Paula, I sincerely apologize for your experience. The previous renter had smoked in the vehicle and due to availability we did not have another van available to swap out with you. We value your opinion and business. You should have received a 1 day credit back to your card. I ***ure you this is not a common occurrence for us.
