Patrick was friendly and easy-going, and the reservation process was easy. He warned me over the phone that it would be an older van and not fancy, but still I expected something cleaner and in better condition. Vehicle desperately needs cleaning and maintenance. Sticky, rips, dirty floors, missing parts, defective charging port, and a squeaking rattle that never stopped while in motion. It was not pleasant, but it got us there and back. Good gas mileage for a vehicle of its size.

EZ Rent a Van couldn't make the process of picking up and dropping off any easier or more convenient. I've worked with Patrick on a few occasions and he is great. Had a small issue with our van and he immediately brought us a new one right to our hotel. Best value and service around!

Very easy way to rent a van. I'll use it again
I was looking for a van to rent to go on a trip for a week and ran across this site. The price seemed fair and they had what I was looking for. I called them and spoke with Patrick to get some more info and he was very helpful. I called back about a week after making my reservation online to ask some questions. I was impressed... He knew exactly who I was and what I was renting without even telling him my name. The whole experience was great. I'll rent from them again.
Patrick was easy to work with and we loved how easy it was to pick up and drop off the van! The van worked out perfectly for us and got us around San Diego with no problem. We'd use them again if we need the van and we're in the San Diego area.
Great customer service. Owner dropped off van at our house with no extra charge, however, the van was in poor condition with oil stains, ripped seats, engine light on, cigarette and smoking smell, so we didnt accept the vehicle. We requested a different van but none were available. Owner came back to get the van. We were happy with the customer service but unhappy with the lack of vehicles available. Wish the owner had told us about the conditions of the van so we could avoid all the drama.
Rented a 15 passenger van for a trip to Las Vegas, the whole way I was literally afraid of an accident. Car moved a lot side to side, brakes were horrible. Windshield wipers did not wipe not a single thing. Van was all beat up from the inside and out. Will never rent from this place again.
