The conditions of the vehicle wher below myexpectations.
Steering was a little loose.
Van is getting a little old ... A few things could have been better maintained. But it served its purposed and got us where we needed to go.
Van was in really poor condition
All seats where ripped
Right side mirror broken
Left side mirror broken
Starter gets stuck when starting the van
Battery posts where all corroded
Front suspension really loose
Front alignment really bad (van was moving side to side all the trip)
Overall a pretty bad condition van but didn't said anything because we where leaving soon
Car had a bit of an odor, but overall was exactly what we needed for a reasonable price. Thanks!
Van not available as promised
I would grade them as a "C".
Thank you for renting the van to me for my excursion to Baja. It would be nice to have features work like the mirrors (broken), locks (sometimes worked), armrest (driver side broken), stepping stool for high step in the back. We also got pulled over by an officer in Baja and we had to give him $100 US as bribe because no registration slip was in the van. Border patrol let us pass secondary because I showed him the pic you sent me. Other than that it was a good van!
Great service. Van was delivered to my house and ready to go. The only negative was that the A/C was not really working well. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thanks
