Vehicle was in very poor condition, A/C did not work, arm rest missing in driver seat, ripped upholstery, and overall a vehicle that should have been retired already since it was over 250k miles. Very unpleasant experience.

The van that I rented was a piece of junk. I was concerned it would not make the trip! The engine light would come on and then turn off. The AC barely worked in the front and not at all in the back. The van was so dirty inside it was sick.
Very helpful and convenient being able to pick up/drop off at airport.
Not new but adequate and a great deal for the price. Customer service was excellent. Pick-up and drop-off was much easier than any other car rental I ever used. I would definitely use them again.

We have used Ez Rent a Van several times while visiting our family in San Diego. We have a large family and needed a large van. Ez Rent A Van made traveling with several children Ez! Our van was waiting for us at the airport and we dropped the van off in the airport parking lot. No transfers on other busses from the airport to the car rental agency. No lines to deal with. We just got off the plane and walked right to our van. And the price was right. We will use Ez Rent A Van again!

The fron passenger seat was not usable, the seatbelt was broken even though Patrick said it worked that morning.
First van was not up to par. Another one was delivered and switched for the first one. This van was very fine - good air conditioner and road-worthy.
