We rented 5 vans for our golf tournament in San Diego everything worked out great! Customer service here is the best in town.
The agency provided me with a 15 passenger van when I had requested an 8 seater. The van had no seat belts, the lights didn't work, and the ground cable was loose and it didn't start at one point. When I returned the car and asked for a refund, as I was very unhappy with it, the person I was speaking with on the phone was very angry and yelled at me. I will not be renting from EZ rent a van ever again. They did refund me for 2 of the 3 days, but I was still very displeased.

What a fantastic rental experience! We had family coming from Mexico City and we requested a new Ford Transit Van to rent. From the time we reserved the van to delivery everything was perfect.
Samantha was so nice. The van was new with only 9000 miles. The van was picked up from our home in Rancho Santa Fe when we were done with the rental. We will surely be using their services again!
I was told I was going to be getting an older van, I didn't expect it to be more than a decade old. The van was filthy inside with dirt, dust and trash throughout, torn seats, broken knobs off the dash, the headliner was falling and most often you couldn't get the sliding door to open w/0 fighting with it or the back doors w/o worry the handle would fall off. The van had 20 psi in back rear tire but should have had 80 & the gas gauge was not working properly. Definitely don't rent from here!
