The staff could not have been better or more accommodating and service oriented. The rental van however had quite a bit to be desired. It was the most used car I have ever rented, and had over 200k miles. The second row bench wasn't secured which was extremely hazardous whenever I had to apply the brakes.
I would HIGHLY recommend car rental express! The service was excellent and the price was fantastic! THANKS!

I didn't end up needing to rent a van, but Patrick was very helpful on the phone.
Patrick was a great help. Patrick worked hard to get me a van for my wedding party. I would have been very difficult if Patrick would not have worked with me to get me a van. I called 4 other companies and the reply I got was "we don't have any vans." Patrick said he had a van coming in at 8 pm he could have it ready for me at 9:30 pm if I would like and he would drop it off at my house. He called on the night of service and we made arrangements for him to get me the van at 7am the next day.
