The day of our 24 person arrival Patrick from EZ Van picked us up in a smoke smelly van, dropped us at a different van company (subbing us out without any prior knowledge), I had to provide printed quotes for my prices to be adjusted to what I was originally quoted and now it's been over 10 days and I can't get EZ Van to give us our $900 deposit back, they won't answer their phone, texts or emails. This money is from a High school sports team and they won't return our $900. WHO steals from kids!

The doors of the van were an issue and were very hard to close properly. We brought the door to the attention of the employees so they were aware. It came unlatched when going over a speed bump. It also needs new roters.
I would never use or recommend using this booker to tent vans - I had made these reservations and paid in full for 2 - 12 passengers Mercedes Sprinters vans for My High School Basketball team - to find out they didn't have vans for me - I had to rent a bus Christmas day to take my team from the airport to my Hotel which coast me an additional $1000 then I had to find vehicles to accommodate my team for the week which ended up costing me and additional $500 to rent 3 Mini vans

Very flexible on scheduling our needs staff very helpful and professional
It's a scam. Thought we were renting from EZ van and was quoted and paid the fee. The day of pick up, we were sent to another van rental place and the fee was doubled. I was refunded my original payment and charged double. I will never use EZ Van again
