This is the second time I rented from Empress, their attitude, service and promptness are excellent. Also I came to St. Martin three days late they kept a car for me. They charged only for the days I actually used the car. However, the car I rented, although working well was a little used (85,000 Kilometers) and somehow banged up. I'll use them again next time without hesitation.

1st car that i picked up was in very poor condition. I returned it because of problems. I was quickly given a very nice vehicle and was then very satisfied with Empress.

I was very satisfied with the service. One especially important issue for me was the fact that many of the international rental agencies have an arbitrary upper age limit cutoff, maybe 70 or 75, which would have excluded me. My car was nothing special, but completely adequate for my purpose.
