I made a reservation for 4 weeks and upon arrival there was no car available and no attempt was made to get one.
Cars could be better.
My most recent experiences with Empress have been very poor. Last week I made a reservation to pick up a car at the airport. Upon arrival I was told that there was no car for me, even though I had a reservation confirmation. The time before that the car I was given did not have a working trunk and the power steering went out as I was driving the car. I will not be using Empress in the future.
We have returned to this car rental place every year we visit St. Maarten. Thanks for the great service guys!
Reserved online. When I was ready to get the car, the staff at the office says that the online reservation doesn't mean a thing. So I did not get a car from empress car rental even though I reserved a car and wanted to get a car.
the first vehicle was not in a very good condition and the person at the office was not very helpful. After they change the car 3 days later it was ok.
