Excellent service. Empress is the best!!
1st car that i picked up was in very poor condition. I returned it because of problems. I was quickly given a very nice vehicle and was then very satisfied with Empress.
I was very satisfied with the service. One especially important issue for me was the fact that many of the international rental agencies have an arbitrary upper age limit cutoff, maybe 70 or 75, which would have excluded me. My car was nothing special, but completely adequate for my purpose.
This was our second time using Empress and it was a very positive experience. We plan on renting from Empress on our next vacation in St. Maarten.

My father Brian Quinn and I have been renting from Empress for YEARS. I arrived Sat Dec 26 with confirmation in hand (I booked the car MONTHS ago) I was told my car was "unavailable." I needed a car for our family of 6. Elias did NOTHING to solve the problem and ignored me. After an hour of trying to get his attention, we found our own solution with a person starting his own new car rental agency on SXM. Same thing happened to my father the next day. We will NEVER rent from Empress again!!
