Easy company to deal with. Pick up to and from the airport was quick. Car was sufficient and amount charged was exactly what was quoted (no hidden fees).
We always rent from this location when visiting the island, and have always been happy with the service and vehicles. The vehicle we were given this year was in very bad shape and the air conditioning barely worked. This vehicle should have never been used as a rental car. We will think twice about using this location in the future due to the poor quality of the vehicles.
Brand new car, awesome service, great price, convenient pick up and drop off....... I will never rent from anyone else while in St.Maarten. THANK YOU

Towards the end of our rental period one of the tires looked a bit deflated. We swung by and 2 people worked quickly to put more air in the tire and get us back on our way. They were very helpful and attentive even though there several other customers there as well. Thank you for the great experience!
I've been renting from Empress for the past 3 1/2 years ( 7 times) and have never been disappointed. Outstanding service, price, staff and vehicles. My wife and I will be returning in June 2017 and will be renting from Empress again! We believe in staying with a good thing!

I have been renting from the same place, different owners for over 20 years so I must be very happy with them. The only reason there are two satisfactory comments is because this is an even year, even years I get the older car. On odd years I get a very good car thats the way it works. No complaint from me though as the service is great and the cars always get me around the island. Keep up the good work and see you next year.
We have rented many times over the past 4 years. Our only issue has been getting the correct vehicle that we reserved. We always reserve a Jeep online but the past 3 times one has not been available. That staff has been very friendly and good at offering a temporary replacement car, but it is inconvenient to switch and it would be nice just to simply get what we have reserved. I believe your inventory should contain more Jeeps.
