The office was supposed to be open at 6am to return the car in time to make our flight. The shuttle driver was also waiting for the lot gate to open. When the office did not open on time, the shuttle driver took care of checking us back in and shuttling us to the airport. We are very happy with his service.

Rental car broke down. Agency said they would send someone in twenty minutes. We waited over an hour. Received a newer rental car. That car also broke down on the last day. A neighbor was able to jump start the vehicle, (we could've missed our flight home). When we expressed our disappointment to the agency, the gentleman stated the second car was "newer" and shouldn't have broken down. No apology was given to us! Disappointing. This was the fifth time we've rented from them.
