We have been renting from Empress for three years. The cars have always been in good condition, and getting from and to the airport has been hassle free.
I received the car with the gas tank at 3/4. When I returned the car the reading on the tank was actually slightly less than 3/4. They didn't make a fuss and get militant on me like some companies are so I would definitely rent from Empress again and highly recommend them to anyone. Until I see otherwise: Empress gives you the very best value for money in SXM
Only problem was the seat behind the passenger would not fold up to allow access to the rear seats. We just used the driver side.
The staff is wonderful treats us like gold. We are never disappointed! I love Empres and the service they have provided us for many years.

The air conditioning stopped working towards the end of the week and we had to wait two hours to get picked up for our rental. Otherwise it was great!
