I am very happy with Empress. We did have a couple of close to flat tires in our car, but given all the hurricane repairs going on, that's easy to understand. Very expedient service getting the tires replaced, at one point they used our spare tire, but before leaving, they made certain we did have another spare tire in our car. Very good to excellent service, as always. Stay Strong SXM, we love you ad your island.

This rental was in St. Maarten and we had to leave just before Hurrican Irma hit - these guys were very helpful and got us on our way quickly and safely. Great service!

The car was damage on few sides, I come for business, have to take people ,also ,important these days, ther was no way i could charge my phone in the car, Service and people was good and friendly ! Had the car 28 hours and they charge me 2 full days plus extra ? Rental Rate $24.00 2 days @ $12.00 $24.00 Sub Total $24.00 Taxes and Fees Surcharge $4.80 Gov Tax $1.20 Airport / Location Fee $18.75 Free Mileage unlimited Total Charges $48.75 USD
