Smooth, easy and acceptable car
Good co. Didnt want a newer car but you get what you get!
Very Satisfied
We have rented from Empress many times. They always treat us great and have been very accommodating when we were delayed or we had travel issues including covid.
Cleaner windshield
Car was a bit beaten up (older vehicle) but was well maintained.
I had to return the initial vehicle because I continued to get a signal that an oil change was overdue. That should have been taken car of before giving me the vehicle. When I returned the second vehicle I was told that there was damage under the vehicle attributable to me. I was paying a daily rate for collision damage waver but was told that may not count. If so, I think that is a dishonest scam.
Vehicle was missing inside door handles and had to be open each time from outside, missing recliner levers, hard to open sliding doors, cracked back bumper and steering wheel shock when brake was applied.
We did send friends to them to rent for 2 weeks.
Been renting ever since we have been coming to St Maarten! Never had an issue. All staff are very friendly n polite. Walk in door n Roberto always knows me by name. Highly recommend Empress.
