Empress always offers the best rates compared to the competition so they are my choice. You call the office as soon as you get outside the terminal and they send the driver right away to the pickup point, usually less than 5 min.
Our service was prompt and courteous. Both Check in and check out were extremely quick and efficient. The car was exactly as ordered and was clean and ran without issue. Hands down the best car rental for the price on SXM.
All the rentl cars in St. Maarten take a beating but they really need to maintain them better. Especially when there are maintenance requirements lit up all ver the dashboard.

Fantastic Service
Prompt pickup at the airport, upgraded model, 40% less than the same car at all the neighboring agencies. Also they will have a guy there at 6 AM to take you to the airport for a 7 AM flight to Saba where I live. All the others don't open until 8. I always use Empress.
Great value, 40% less for the same car on my short trip compared to all the agencies right next door to them!
