Had a great experience with them. My only suggestion would be that they list the vehicle height. We had a high top van without knowing what the height was.

Had an issue with my rental but was taken care professionally. The agent at Brockner location was professional .
Great customer service at the facility. I didn't know they could've picked me up. I paid over $25 to get to the location. I know better next time.

I do not understand if you thought $63.99 was to much money then why did you book it then not show up for it. It cost money to move vehicles to and from locations manpower gas and tolls. Our rates are very reasonable for Bronx New York.
