After making the reservation and contact to confirm they told me otherwise and then no cars were available
The van I requested wasn't available, I was upgraded at no additional charge..
Never got to complete my reservation as to front desk not accepting debit cards and being rude about it
Car was not there. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Car arrived filthy and I had to wait another 20 minutes for car. Pick up time was 10am and I did not drive off until 11am

Staff in Queens Vey helpful, although the debit card policy is not clear and was explained differently by three different People. Car was lovely and had no problems.
It wasn't a smooth ride. The vehicle was rocking from side to side causing one passenger to be sick for the majority of the trip.
This car rental company has never failed me and the staff are courteous and knowledgeable
