I requested a veh. For a 9am pick up and once I arrived at pick up location veh. Was not available, was forced to wait an hr to receive a veh. Causing delay and missed events.

I intially rented with 602 fordham rd but found out at last minute they had no available rentals although imade reservations.. i was calling to see if i could be picked up due to knee problems and was told i would have to go to gunhill location which costed me 19.00 bucks in uber.. very annoyed at lack of mannerism there
