Beverly was helpful, professional and courteous. The gentleman that retrieved my car was also great. This location is convenient and easy to get. I really do enjoy renting from Empire.
The van was in good condition, but the interior is very worn. The seats are stained. It was disappointing. Staff on the phone and in person are very helpful.

Beverley was excellent - same with her colleague who was working in the lot (I didn't catch his name). The rental vehicle wasn't as cheap as some other outlets but the customer service helped make up the difference. Would definitely rent there again! Many thanks.
