The things that will bring me back is the excellent customer service that Gloria brings to that location, her motto is as she would say " everything is from the heart " and I truly believe that.

When I arrived at the location, the staff did not find my reservation, until I showed him the reservation number. Even though, a staff whose name was Maria called me to confirmed my reservation made online the day before. However, when I arrive the location, the vehicle was not available at the location. I would not go back there again and I will not recommend this agency to anyone.
Online reservations should be easier, similar to U-Haul. Also, the Long Island location is closed, but the website has not been updated yet.
