Although I had to wait more than an hour for my car to arrive at the location where I'd rented from, the staff were courteous and kept me informed the entire wait, and they gave me a fair discount for the delay. Because the rental was for leisure and I didn't have anywhere to be on a tight timeline, this wasn't a huge problem for me and the low price made up for the inconvenience.
I really felt the warmth coming home for the holidays with the whole team there from Patty, to Alex, Gloria, And Walter. I will be using them in the future and reccomending to my family and friends.
Super happy with the ease and quality of service - quick to respond, fair prices, happy to help people out. I'll always being using this company for rentals.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent car. Good price. Rate quote "good" instead of "great" because no mention made in advance for "License check fee" of $12. No big deal--would definitely rent from them again.
