College Point branch manager Chris was very welcoming and made all the rental accomodations perfectly. I greatly reccommend his proffesional and warm manner!
Rented car for 3 days.. they tried to charge me for 4.
I am a returning customer, unfortunately this will be my last rental with this company. Although your on site staff was helpful, curteous and professional the vehicle I received was sub par. When management was contacted nothing was done on their behalf to solve the issues. Finally, after waiting patiently for over an hour, I was given another vehicle however that too was well below my expectations. The van was in poor and dangerous conditions (mechanically) and not worth the money I spent.
I wish someone would inform me on where to put the keys if i wanted to drop off the vehicle when the place was closed.

While I appreciate the friendly atmosphere while picking up my rental... It took us over one-and-a-half hours for the rental manager to process our rental which already was pre booked...
PAINFUL ...
I was so amazed at the price,
The rental process was painless and quick. I left in the vehicle (with a free upgrade) within 5 minutes of mt arrival. i will definitely be using Empire again in the future
