The van was stinky, old and VERY beaten up on the inside. It seemed as if it was about 10 years old.
The office was in disarray, dirty and old, much like the van. The van was NOT ready for the 10am pickup, instead it took 20 minutes to be brought over and 15 minutes to be cleaned.
When I dropped the van off, the counter-person was 15 minutes late (8:15 instead of the 8am).
I would not rent from them again, unless it was like $50. $250 for an old stinky van just not worth it.
I reserved on line and I thought evrthing was ok and set when I got to the location they did not have the unit available due to no confirmation , they were great they got it from Brooklyn and called me when is was at the flushing location , this is the third time renting from them and all the other times I called on the phone , so from now on I'll call and FYI Gloria is super nice

I was very pleased how close the location was to my home. The original vehicle I requested NISSAN NV was not available due to shortage of them at this location however was given another vehicle and all prices/mileage were honored. Definitely better than Uhaul.
