The rental process was painless and quick. I left in the vehicle (with a free upgrade) within 5 minutes of mt arrival. i will definitely be using Empire again in the future

Dishonest Staff.
I specifically requested and confirmed a mini van which I needed for the cargo I was delivering/carrying, and it was not available. However, the Ortiz brothers who where on duty at the location managed to secure one from the Bronx location fairly quickly although they underestimated the time to arrive...
The vehicle was clean and the brothers were apologetic about the issue and delay.
