Horrible Horrible Horrible, was told i had no reservation even though I had a confirmation I called company in advance twice to confirm and my call was never returned, I didn't receive any car because someone ELSE!!!...didn't do their job, a lady named "Maria" never returned my call, I was told they had a car in queens but after i expressed their inconvenience me I was told there were no cars available anywhere, I would 100% advise people do not do business with this company, Horrible bad bad

The office was a disgusting mess. Absolutely filthy car given to us with an empty gas tank- it was all banged up and the upholstery was stained and smelly. No explanation of features, safety etc. They charge an additional $200 fee until the car is returned. The price was insane given the crappy car they provided.

Only one staff member at counter. At check out I was first on line, But returning the car, had to wait 35 min. Also, DVD in car did not work, and overall audio system was poor. Car itself was satisfactory.
