Great rental experience,please for future reference,notify the customer of something that has changed concerning the car not being available.To change something at the last minute is almost like changing something to charge more money for the rental.I know that changes happen at times,but please try to make the customer not to feel cheated.Thank you for your services and I hope that this helps future business and customer relationships.

Everyone that I came into contact since reserving my rental was EXCELLENT. From the phone personnel to the agents who were at the location; I was treated courteously and accommodated with GREAT Customer service.
