The only feedback would be to send a reservation confirmation by email asap. I had to call the next day and find out if the reservation was confirmed. Also, I dropped off after hours with the key drop and did not receive a confirmation the next day that everything was all set. Just for piece of mind it would be good to get a confirmation by email for my records.

Miriam, the manager, is particularly courteous, efficient, and professional. The gentleman who gets the car ready is very pleasant and efficient. They are a great credit to the company.

Beverly attended me at Pennsylvania ave. I has rented a 15 passenger van to be picked up at 8am. WHEN I arrived I was told the van wasn't available that one would come in at about 30 minutes. So i waited. Time passed and van wasn't there yet. There was a 15 passenger van available of a different make and we went to take a look since we were already behind on time to get to our event. We knew it would cost a bit more but we're willing to pay ..she said it wasn't available.

I was in the wrong pick up area(Bayside) instead of college point but the staff was superb service, he said I don't need to go to college point they have a car that I reserved so I pick up there thank you
