My reservation was make weeks in advance however, the vehicle was not available at time of pick up. We waited for two long hours at the location for the vehicle to arrive. Our pick up time was 8am however, we finally got the vehicle at 10am. Worst rental experience I ever had in my 50 years of renting vehicles. I will not recommend this Rental company to anyone, especially the one located at, Empire Rent A Car, 835 Pennsylvania Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. Very unprofessional and unkind.

I had to constinously call and point out the mistake of my contract, I only rented about 10 times but yet, have more knowledge of the company than the staff. It's annoying and frustrating.

Van had a pretty musty odor, seats and carpet were stained. Only 1 agent was available at the front desk. I would have liked to see a higher milage allowance, does not make much sense that if I rent for 1 day or 3, I only get a total of 150 miles. otherwise everything else went according do plan
